I have been thinking about the skill system for a long time now trying to make the best system I can make. So I have decided that it will be a skill tree type system and each class will have access to certain skill right away. Each class will have certain fighting skills which are needed for the abllilties that the player can get but all classes will have access to general skills to help them through the game. Here are the fighting skills for each class and last will be the general skills.
Fighter
Unarmed Fighting
One handed weapons
Two handed weapons
Blocking
Rouge
Achery
One handed weapons
Traps
lock picking
Stealth
Mages
Alchemy
Healing
Element
Hex
General
Blacksmith
Armr
Survival
Speech
So to get into the combo classes you will need to use up atless 2 skill points to get a skill outside your which you will be able to get if you talk to someone from the group like if you are a fighter and want to join the Paladin order someone will tech you something about magic and then you can get in to the class. I might be thinking about this to much but this is what I have right now and I hope you all like it.
