update

Hello my friends sorry its been so long but I think its time to tell all of you what is going on in my head about this game. First guilds I al finalizing all the different guild that will be in the game and how people will get into them. This is being a little tricky because will players join guilds or just ignore them.
Second the world is being built slowly in mincraft. Which is being tricky by its self since the world is so big as is. I do have one island bone enough to make people get the idea

Third I am still trying to finish the races that are and are not playable. Their stories are going to be interesting and slow the player to change how races might interact with each other. I hope this helps everyone and hope to make this game big so everyone can play it for many hours.

Redefinded Time Line and other ideas

So I have been thinking about the time line of the game and it needs a very big change which includes eras.  This helped the Elder Scrolls games for events and where the story is going.  So right now I have about 5 different eras which will vary in length because of events like the Great War and the Human Expansion.  I know the length of the great events and how all will end and lead to new snow ball effects.  Finishing it up and making sure the time length work and make sense.

Next I want to talk about spell creation, I have been playing Elder Scroll 4 which has spell creation and right now it is very fun and can be trick at times.  I think it might be a cool feature to add but at this time I have no need of it right now.  For the later games like Wrath of Gods and later this concept will make people want to create new spell that can do anything.  It adds to the game and allows players to have a new toy to play with down the road.

Town building, is an idea I have that will happen in the first 3 games at less.  The idea is that you can build up your base into a small community with different people.  Each area will be different for building the town but the concept will be the same.  Build guild halls to learn more powers and to maybe get new people.  Still working out the problems but I think it could work.

So I am finishing up the magic and the skill.  Then I will be of writing the story for the first game and getting it ready for some people to read.  If you are interested please comment or if you have other ideas I should add please leave a comment.

Game sequence

So in the beginning I had 3 games almost all planed out, but more ideas and new concepts have come to me.  Well let me list it
Game 1:  World of Chaos: Mother War
Game 2:  World of Chaos:  Creation War
Game 3:  World of Chaos:  Hell War
Game 4:  World of Chaos:  4 Warriors story
Game 5:  World of Chaos:  New Order
Game 6:  World of Chaos:  New World
Game 7:  World of Chaos:  Templar War
Game 8:  World of Chaos:  Wrath of the Gods
Game 9:  World of Chaos:  Dragon War
Game 10:  World of Chaos:  Revenge of Hell
Game 11:  World of Chaos:  New Life

So let me help you all see what is going on in the game, the first 3 are the past mistakes that world has made.  Well Hell is trying to get back to reality and it does what ever it can to do so.  Game for is just story to help explain the first 3, think of it as the untold story of the legendary warriors that sealed Hell from reality.  The next 3 games are to explore the world 250 years later after the Hell War what the world is like and the changes that are coming.  Game 8 is the online MMORPG that I am thinking about, the story is not done yet but ideas are still going around in my head.  The last 3 are just a rap up to the story and to allow someone else to take over if they want.  Hope you all like I will try to post more about the first game, but not a lot I still want to surprise all of you to the best of my ability.

New Year and new rules.

Hello everyone that reads this blog I thank you for making this one of my highest viewed blogs I have.  I never thought I that my concept for a fantasy video game would be read by so many.  Recently I have been playing Rune Scape 3 and their is a couple of ideas I would like to use but have not figured out how yet but I plan on soon.  Next year I plan to describing the guilds and get more ideas about the game out their.  Also I plan to post the game sequence that I have plan for the game and yes it is more than just 3 games when I posted early on when I started this idea.  Well I wish you all a Happy New Year and see you all on the other side.

Save vs Death

For many games saving the game before a difficult problem is the best way to get past it quickly and without losing much.  What if you could not save before that?  The only way to do it is do it or read about it on a gaming info page.  For my game I am thinking about no save, their will be way to quit the game and start where you where.  The only problem with this is that people will play more rogues to beet the game instead of playing fighters and mags. So I should make sure that the game is not more difficult for mages and fighters.  I am working on an idea like when you die you will fight death itself to come back to life to complete the game, but every time you do this the fight against death get harder. 

Their is so much I need to think about their is still the fast traveling thing I need to deal with but I think I have something that will work and people will like.

Ghost

So I have been thinking about how to get ghost into the game, because undead, vampires and werewolf are easy. For the ghost I am thinking their are 2 stages to the ghostly form, first is you are transparent but you look like yourself.  The 2 stage is a figure with no facial texts, no legs and transparent white.  At this moment I am thinking that time will be the factor between the two stages but that is the thought right now.  The ghost do live in the world and can be fought for experience, but the only come out at night and in towns that are dead or old ancient places. This is my thoughts at this very moment and hope you all like it and had a nice holiday.  I do plan to get the rest of these post up soon as I can including vampires and werewolf origins.

Skills

I have been thinking about the skill system for a long time now trying to make the best system I can make.  So I have decided that it will be a skill tree type system and each class will have access to certain skill right away.  Each class will have certain fighting skills which are needed for the abllilties that the player can get but all classes will have access to general skills to help them through the game.  Here are the fighting skills for each class and last will be the general skills.
Fighter
  Unarmed Fighting
  One handed weapons
  Two handed weapons
  Blocking
Rouge
   Achery
  One handed weapons
  Traps
  lock picking
  Stealth
Mages
  Alchemy
  Healing
  Element
  Hex
General
  Blacksmith
  Armr
  Survival
  Speech

So to get into the combo classes you will need to use up atless 2 skill points to get a skill outside your which you will be able to get if you talk to someone from the group like if you are a fighter and want to join the Paladin order someone will tech you something about magic and then you can get in to the class.  I might be thinking about this to much but this is what I have right now and I hope you all like it.
